Data entry and multi-line telephone aptitude are mandatory Ability to work with all types of people, to assume facilitator and occasionally lead role, and to affect timely submissions from other as required. Ability to work independently Ability to communicate professionally, with clarity and brevity, required - both orally and in writing Ability to self-start and self-monitor work projects Ability to balance urgency or assignments and timeline Qualifications Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred One (1) year of clerical work experience preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
