Targeted Support Coordinator Salary Grade:
Business Grade 07/ BG-07 Tulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Position Summary:
Student and Family Support Services provides a data-driven, multi-tiered system of support through prevention and intervention services addressing students' social, emotional, behavioral, health, and safety needs. The Targeted Support Coordinator provides targeted mental health and student support services, including counseling, crisis response, case management, attendance support, and social-emotional learning interventions. This role works directly with students, families, and school communities to reduce barriers to engagement and support continuity of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
 Master's degree and licensure, or licensure-eligible status under supervision, as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Oklahoma; or  Bachelor's degree in social work with active pursuit of a master's degree in social work
Experience:
 Two (2) years of experience as a licensed counselor or social worker Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace  Bilingual in Spanish preferred
