Summary The ELECT utreach Wrker act as liaisn amng pregnant and parenting students, parents/guardians, lcal agencies and ASD and cmmunity-based student supprts prviders.

Respnsibilities include:

utreach; develpment and implementatin f Individualized Service Plans; hme visits; grup meetings; case management including resurce identificatin, referral and fllw-up; parent educatin; recrds maintenance, and accurate and timely data cllectin and submissin. The gals f the ELECT prgram are high schl graduatin and future ecnmic self-sufficiency fr these students and their children.
