NATIONAL SCHOOL CHOICE AWARENESS FOUNDATION, INC. A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION

Coordinator, Navigation Programs The Navigation Programs Coordinator at the National School Choice Awareness Foundation (NSCAF) supports Navigate School Choice and Conoce tus Opciones Escolares (CTOE) by researching, creating, and maintaining informational resources for parents, keeping both program websites accurate and up to date, and providing bilingual (English and Spanish) support to parents through 1:1 communication. This role reports to the Director of Navigate School Choice and collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Navigation Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the research and development of new guides, explainers, tools, and other information designed to help parents explore school options through both Navigate School Choice and Conoce tus Opciones Escolares. Maintain existing Navigate and CTOE resources to reflect evolving state and federal education policies, working closely with the Director of Navigate School Choice. Maintain and update myschoolchoice.com , opcionesescolares.com , and other navigation web properties, ensuring that features and information are up-to-date and fully functional for visitors. Answer parent questions about the school choice process, in English and Spanish, with a commitment to timely, informative, and kind responses. Expand and update a reference library of answers to common school choice navigation questions received by Navigate and CTOE. Communicate directly with parents using Navigate and CTOE resources, respond to feedback, process form submissions, and research and provide answers to submitted school choice questions. Support the creation of email newsletters by coordinating visual and written collateral with a content calendar. Track and report on website and email analytics for CTOE, such as traffic, engagement, and open and click rates, to inform content and outreach decisions. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in communications or digital marketing Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with native or professional-level written Spanish. Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate parent support through the process of choosing a school. Ability to organize and maintain a large volume of written content, implementing a system to index information to quickly audit and update data. High degree of professionalism, superb responsiveness, and excellent writing skills in all forms of communication, in both English and Spanish. Curiosity about emerging trends in parent interests and the ability to research and develop resources that respond to changing trends.
