WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Franchise Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support for the Franchise Support department. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, records, and department processes while helping ensure a positive experience for franchise owners and internal stakeholders. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the department through effective organization, communication, and follow-through. Coordinate department calendars, meetings, site visits, team events, and other scheduling activities. Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow-up communications. Support the planning and execution of department meetings, training sessions, annual meetings, and special events, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communications. Organize and maintain department files, records, documentation, and shared resources in accordance with document management standards. Serve as a first point of contact for franchise owner and internal inquiries, routing requests and escalating issues as appropriate. Respond to routine questions regarding department processes, resources, and timelines while ensuring timely follow-up. Provide administrative support related to franchisee onboarding, operational processes, and department initiatives. Assist with vendor communications, maintain vendor records, and support contract administration activities. Process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and other department documentation, following up on outstanding items as needed. Facilitate the routing and tracking of documents, approvals, and cross-functional requests, escalating delays as appropriate. Assist with project tracking, status reporting, presentations, data organization, and other administrative activities that support department goals. Support communication and resource distribution to franchise owners on behalf of the Franchise Support department.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, customer service, or office support experience. Experience in a franchise, multi-unit, or professional services environment preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Collaborative team player who is dependable, responsive, and follows through on commitments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
