Position Summary:

Life Enrichment Assistant The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the Life Enrichment Director in planning and leading activities that engage residents physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily activities and events Lead group and one-on-one resident activities, ensuring participation and enjoyment Support setup and cleanup of activity areas and special events Engage residents in conversation and connection to promote emotional wellness Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Assist the Life Enrichment Director in maintaining activity calendars and attendance records Qualifications ✅ Experience working with seniors or in an assisted living environment preferred ✅ Positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills ✅ Strong problem-solving and time management abilities ✅ Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs ✅ Willingness to work flexible hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our Mission To Enhance the Human Spirit Our Core Values Serve with Heart Serve with Purpose Serve with Courage Have Fun While Serving Why You'll Love Working With Us Get Paid Today with ZayZoon!
