Responsibilities
  • Know, follow, and understand Department of Mental Health guidelines and policies
  • Develop and manage budgets for support programs
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record keeping
  • Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive support services
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of support programs
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Administrative skills, including documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
