Job Description
Human Services Full Job Description Job Type:
Full-time Education required: Bachelor's level or higher in a Human Service field (ie. psychology, sociology, philosophy, family and consumer science, social work, etc.) -OR- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 16 credit hours in the Human Service field on official transcript.Salary:
$27,000.00 (Bachelor's level) $31,000.00 (Master's level) /yearResponsibilities:
Performing case management (or support coordination) duties for clients with physical and intellectual disabilities and their families. This includes, but is not limited to: monthly phone calls, quarterly in-home visits, annual plan of care meetings, follow-up meetings, and occasional pop-up visits to homes and day habilitation / pre-vocational facilities.Applicants should have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year accredited college (PLEASE read above description for education requirements and salary)
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record
- Own transportation and current insurance Beneficial skills:
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to multi-task and switch between tasks easily.
- Strong basic math and computer skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and not scared to learn as you go
- Ability to work individually as well as with others
- Compassion is a huge plus!
