A Social or Human Services Assistant assists with identifying and arranging community services for clients. Works with social workers and other human services professionals. Helps with rehabilitation for people with disabilities or those in recovery, or coordinates home care services for the elderly; may also coordinate housing or job training assistance for immigrants, veterans, former inmates or families in crisis.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree min. required Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs and/or developmental disabilities Position Details Initial training will be completed at our office located in Haines City Client home visits are required based on individual living settings, with most visits occurring no more than once per month Flexible, community-based work environment Make your schedule as needed consumer locations are based in Polk, Highlands, Hardee counties.
