Are you a compassionate, creative, and energetic individual who loves making a positive impact on people's lives? We're looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll be the heart of our daily programs, helping to plan and lead engaging activities like exercise groups, arts and crafts, educational sessions, and fun outings. You'll be instrumental in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our participants, ensuring every day is filled with joy, purpose, and meaningful connections. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll do more than just help with activities. You'll also play a key role in assessing participants' activity involvement, establishing measurable goals, and assisting in the setup of treatment plans for different healthcare settings. This includes visiting nursing homes or participants' homes, attending team meetings, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Your attention to detail and commitment to clear communication are essential, as you'll be a vital link between our participants, their families, and our care team. This part-time 20-hour position is eligible for PTO accrual and the retirement plan (403b) with 3 % match.
