Lead and assist with group and individual Life Enrichment programs, activities, and special events based on resident interests and needs. Promote participation by visiting residents, encouraging engagement, distributing calendars and announcements, and providing escorts to and from activities as needed. Accompany residents on group outings, assisting with transportation, seating, navigation, and overall resident safety. Document participation and engagement, communicate changes or concerns, and collaborate with department leaders and direct care teams regarding resident engagement and care plans. Help maintain program supplies, equipment, activity spaces, and shared areas, including setup, cleanup, organization, and ordering supplies as needed. Provide department coverage and support, including weekend shifts and assistance with campus-wide events and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in gerontology, hospitality, or related field or equivalent in work experience At least 1 year of similar experience working with older adults in a similar capacity Why You'll Love Being a
