Social Services Assistant Join a healthcare team committed to creating a positive experience for staff and patients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assists residents and families with adjustment to the facility. Advocates for residents' rights and dignity; facilitates communication between residents, families, and staff.
