The Activity Director Assistant works directly with residents to execute daily group programs and individual recreation inside our skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on setting up activity spaces, encouraging resident participation, and supporting scheduled events throughout the week. You will work alongside our Activity Director to keep daily social schedules running smoothly for our residents. Responsibilities Set up activity rooms and gather necessary crafts, games, or equipment before scheduled events. Escort residents to and from activity spaces to ensure full group participation. Lead daily group games, craft projects, and individual resident visits. Assist the Activity Director with decorating common areas for monthly events and holiday gatherings. Document resident participation levels in facility activity logs after each program.

Tuesday-Saturday, 8AM-5
