Job Description We are currently seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant for The Gardens at Fair Oaks Assisted Living Facility. Full-Time 40 hours per week Flexibility to work 9:30am-5pm or 10:30am-6pm, including weekends Sign-On Bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement activities for elderly, impaired and/or handicapped residents Organize special events and parties for holiday celebrations Assist volunteers and other staff with escorting residents to activity area and by overseeing programs conducted by volunteers Provide assistance during outings as needed Performs other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

Current CPR and First Aid certifications a plus At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Must be comfortable with direct patient contact Must be flexible and willing to perform all requested duties Company Description For over 20 years, The Gardens At Fair Oaks has been proud to provide area seniors with our highly regarded Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care and Adult Day Care.
