This position helps lead engaging resident activities and provides safe transportation for outings, shopping, and medical appointments. Responsibilities Assist with resident activities, programs, and special events Encourage and escort residents to activities Provide group and one-on-one activities Track resident participation Safely transport residents in the community vehicle Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle Complete vehicle inspections and driving records Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns Communicate positively with residents, families, and team members Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid, unrestricted commercial driver's license (CDL) Safe driving record Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Friendly, patient, and dependable Comfortable working with older adults Senior living or life enrichment experience preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
