Full-Time Schedule:
Evening Shift, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM | Must be available at least one weekend day Bring Fun, Connection, and Purpose to Every Day Do you love bringing people together, planning fun experiences, and making someone's day a little brighter? The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents. Encourage connection:
Help residents get involved, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.
Celebrate together:
Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.
Get creative:
Bring fresh ideas and energy to programs based on residents' interests and abilities.
Build relationships:
Connect with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
Hit the road:
Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.
Keep things organized:
Help maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment. What You'll Bring A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with older adults. Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a passenger van. Must be at least 21 years old. A dependable, team-focused approach that reflects our
