-FULL-TIME and

PART-TIME MORNING SHIFT NEEDED

(7:30am-4:00pm)! Do you possess excellent people skills, have a creative imagination, and enjoy sharing time with the elderly, we'd love you to join our growing life enrichment team at Jefferson Memory Care as our new Life Enrichment Assistant. We're looking forward to adding your skills of planning and implementing activity programs that are designed to meet the needs of our Memory Care residents. Those skills are an essential role in our daily services for our residents. You'll make a difference every day!

Life Enrichment Assistant Job Qualifications:

Must be in good mental, physical and emotional condition, and be willing to cooperate with other employees. Our policy is each employee shall have the skills, education, experience and ability to fulfill the employee's job requirements. Employees who have direct resident care roles must be 18 years of age to be employed in the caregiving role. Applicants who have their required DHS 83 training recorded on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry and have past experience working with the population we serve are preferred for hire. If you're not already trained, don't let that preference shy you away from applying! Your desire to care for this population is a step in the right direction to a rewarding career with us. We recognize and support those who are interested in bettering themselves and look for growth opportunities. Therefore, we do provide training for those who are interested in serving this population but have not obtained the required DHS 83 pieces of training. Your DHS 83 training fees are paid in full by us on your behalf.
