Full time admission assistant and social services position at our Lake Geneva facility. As a key part of the interdisciplinary team, this role assists with admissions and discharges, documentation like care plans and assessments, and helps ensure the emotional and social needs of the residents are met throughout their time at the Golden Years. This role will also work closely with residents, families, and medical professionals to ensure they have a smooth transition and positive overall experience. Position is day shift hours Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Candidates must show attention to detail and have strong organization skills in addition to being self-driven and adaptable. Most importantly, candidates must have a heart to serve seniors! Social work or admissions experience is a plus, but is not required for this position. The Golden Years of Lake Geneva is a locally family owned and operated skilled nursing facility offering Medicare-certified short-term rehabilitation, around-the-clock nursing care for both short-term and long-term residents, as well as hospice care.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
