Assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of life enriching programs for the community that reflects the varied interests of the residents and provides them with a meaningful, purposeful, joyful life. Our life enrichment specialist is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the resident life enrichment program including but not limited to physical, social well-being and spiritual activities. Caring Alternative team members take the time to get to know residents and families and form treasured relationships. In like manner, the organization also develops and nurtures relationships with team members, providing them with the training, tools and support they need to perform their roles well while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
