Job Description

The primary purpose of your job is to carry out the planned activities program to meet the mental, emotional, social, recreational and physical needs of the residents' so that each individual is able to function to be best of his/her ability. This will be in accordance with current Federal, and State standards, HFS 83 (CBRF) and HFS 89 (RCAC) guidelines and regulations, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. 16-20 hours per week 10am-3pm shifts Occasional weekend availability and occasional afternoon shift
