This role oversees program growth, staff leadership, and collaborative partnership with other agency directors and the CEO to deliver high-quality foster care services. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the foster amily agency. Hire, supervise, and develop the supervisory team, social work staff and other personnel as approved by the CEO. Drive growth and ensure successful management of multiple programs related to foster family agency services. Collaborate effectively with other agency directors and the CEO. Maintain compliance, quality standards, and strong outcomes for children and families served. Travel occasionally to Pathway's regional FFA offices as needed. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher from an accredited graduate school in Social Work, Social Welfare, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Social Psychology. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Child and Family Services. At least two (2) years of managerial or supervisory experience. Demonstrated track record of growing and successfully managing multiple programs within a foster family agency or comparable child welfare setting. Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and peer directors. Ready to make a lasting impact on children and families? $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
