Position Summary The Wellness Center Program Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational management of Dream Youth Clinic's Wellness Centers and associated youth development programming. This role ensures the delivery of holistic, youth-led, wraparound youth-development programming for youth ages 13-25, grounded in Positive Youth Development and Reproductive Justice principles. The Wellness Center Manager is responsible for program design, wellness center program staff supervision, partnership development, compliance, grant deliverables, and performance outcomes. This leader ensures that all Wellness Center activities ( Dream Wellness, Dream Empowerment Lounge, Garden of Dreams, and outreach events) are aligned with Dream's mission to meet youth where they are—creating a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental environment that supports youth along their journey to wellness, empowerment, and success. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of the Dream Youth Clinic Wellness Center Programming
- Oversee all Wellness Center programming including workshops, youth engagement activities, and drop-in services
- Ensure integration of Wellness Center programming with clinical, behavioral health, and youth development services
- Expand and innovate youth-centered programming as aligned with future goals
- Collaborate with wellness programming external community partners and funders Staff Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise and support Wellness Center Program Coordinators, Program Specialists, and/or other wellness center staff
- Foster a collaborative, youth-centered, and trauma-informed team culture
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff
- Ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services Program Operations & Implementation
- Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center programming across all sites
- Ensure seamless coordination of workshop calendars, guest facilitators, and partner programming
- Manage wellness center program workflows, scheduling, and service delivery systems
- Lead planning and execution of community events, outreach, and tabling activities Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Serve as primary liaison for community-based organizations and on-site partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, county, and regional stakeholders
- Expand partnerships as aligned with future goals to increase youth access, referrals, and opportunities
- Represent Dream Youth Clinic in community spaces and collaborative initiatives Data, Compliance & Evaluation
- Ensure all wellness center program activities meet eligibility, enrollment, and compliance requirements
- Oversee accurate and timely data collection, reporting, and program documentation
- Monitor wellness center program outcomes and use data to inform improvements
- Contribute to grant reporting, evaluation, and funding deliverables Budget & Resource Management
- Manage program resources, supplies, and wellness center operational needs
- Ensure efficient use of funding aligned with program goals Youth Engagement & Direct Support
- Ensure programming remains youth-led, culturally responsive, and relevant
- Uphold Dream's commitment to serving vulnerable youth, including Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and system-impacted youth Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Health Sciences, or related field required.
- 4-6+ years of experience in youth development, community health, or nonprofit programming
- 2-3+ years of experience in program management or staff supervision
- Strong experience working with vulnerable youth populations
- Deep alignment with Positive Youth Development and Reproductive Justice frameworks
- Strong organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data tracking systems
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
- Valid California Driver's License required Core Competencies

Pay:
$70,720.00 - $76,960.00 per year
