Mentoring Social Work Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Social Service Director to oversee and manage the social services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of elderly individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social service programs and activities tailored to the needs of residents. Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families. Coordinate with other departments to ensure holistic care for residents. Advocate for residents' rights and needs, including handling grievances and resolving conflicts. Manage and mentor social services staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance resident services. Prepare and manage the social services budget.

Qualifications:
