Director of Social Services Qualifications:

Assess the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents and develop care plans. Provide counseling and support to residents and their families. Coordinate discharge planning and community resources. Maintain confidential and accurate resident records. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to social services in a nursing home setting. Supervise social services staff and provide guidance and training as needed. Advocate for residents and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Director of Social Services Requirements:

Experience in a social services role in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents. IND1

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
