POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports the YMCA initiative to strengthen communities by administering high quality youth related programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. After School.  Work as a Site Supervisor at an after school site  Assist other sites as needed  Communicate with parents involving issues not solved on site  Assist to recruit, train and retain After School counselor staff  Attend school functions as needed  Perform other administrative duties related to After School as needed. 2. Summer Camp.  Work as Site Supervisor at TBD site  Assist other sites as needed  Assist Director of Youth Development in preparing for Summer Camp  Communicate with parents involving issues not solved on site  Assist to recruit, train and retain Summer Camp counselor staff  Perform other administrative duties related to Summer Camp as needed. 3. Pre School Sports  Market and maintain registrations for PreK sports programs  Ensure supplies needed are available and in good condition  Administer programs to assigned schedule  Assist in hiring and training part time Program Sports coordinators 4. Holiday Camps  Assist in program communication and registration.  Work Holiday Camp shifts as needed

Pay:

$15.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
