LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Director of Crisis Interventions , which will provide daily oversight and supervision for our 24/7 Mobile Crisis Teams and Crisis Call Center staff Duties will include staff training in crisis interventions, triage and de-escalation, supporting and assisting front line staff, and ensuring coverage of shift schedules. This position also includes advocacy, education and collaboration with community service providers and stakeholders, including coordination of crisis event debriefing services. The position is in direct collaboration with our CCBHC programming. There will be some travel to other LifeSpring locations in Southern Indiana as well as community partners. A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is designed to coordinate care across the spectrum of health services, including physical and behavioral healthcare, as well as addictions, social services, housing, educational systems and employment opportunities and includes mobile crisis interventions for immediate assistance and coordination of that care. Successful candidates will have at minimum a Master's degree in Social Work or human services related field and 3-5 years direct clinical and supervisory experience. An LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required and preference shall be considered clinicians with crisis intervention and call center experience. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
