Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Care Worker to lead and inspire youth through programming and after-school care. As a key team member working under the Program Manager, you will coordinate diverse youth activities, engaging youth ages 5-18 years. Duties Design, implement, and evaluate engaging youth programs that align with youth needs and organizational goals Help develop marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms and other channels to increase participation and visibility Collect data on program outcomes, attendance, and participant feedback to inform continuous improvement Manage some administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, and budgeting Collaborate with schools, social service agencies, health organizations, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and impact Experience Proven experience in supervising teams of youth Must be 18 years or older Background in program development, project management, social work or public health fields Excellent speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Prior administrative experience including recruiting participants, managing records, and coordinating events is essential Join us in creating vibrant opportunities that empower youth while building a stronger community!
