Supervisor will provide clinical and operational oversight to the Youth

team, including staff supervision, training, productivity monitoring, referral management, and quality assurance. The supervisor will ensure timely, effective services while supporting staff performance, program compliance, and strong community referral relationships. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in a social services field At least 3 years of social services experience Fully licensed or license-eligible Core Competencies Core competencies include effective supervision and monitoring of the Youth

team, strong professional communication, risk identification and response, knowledge of behavioral health symptoms and interventions, and maintaining professional and ethical boundaries. The role also requires knowledge of community resources, strengths-based service planning, and maintaining compliance with fidelity and accreditation standards. Job Duties / Skills Required Key duties include supervising and training Youth
CPST/PSR
therapists, monitoring productivity and caseloads, reviewing documentation and chart audits, staffing referrals, and ensuring timely intake and service delivery. The supervisor also provides consultation and crisis support, maintains stakeholder/referral relationships, promotes the program in the community, and ensures compliance with program, agency, and accreditation standards. May be required to maintain a small caseload and/or complete assessments during periods of limited staffing or until the Youth
CPST/PSR
team is adequately staffed.
