Job Summary:

Excellent opportunity for a social worker in Long Term Care! This is a chance to work with a growing company and great organization. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services field (sociology, psychology, counseling, etc.) and one year of supervised work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
