Job Description

Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke Unit Director Holyoke, MA Apply Unit Director The Unit Director oversees the daily operations of an assigned Clubhouse, ensuring high-quality programs, strong staff performance, and positive youth outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role leads program delivery, staff supervision, membership administration, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support programs aligned with the Boys & Girls Club\'s mission and core program areas. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; facilitate regular team meetings. Build strong relationships with Club youth through active program involvement. Manage daily operations, including attendance, transportation, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with support staff on program planning and scheduling. Conduct outreach to recruit youth, engage families, and maintain strong community partnerships.
Hours of Shift:
3:00
  • 6:00 PM school year; 11:00
  • 5:00 PM summer Monday
