Exercise considerable independent judgement in carrying out duties and oversees work performance of all program staff. Master's Degree or BA in Psychology, Social Work, Business or Social Science field Three years of progressively more responsible professional experience at least 2 years of which were in a supervisory capacity Workforce Development experience preferred Valid Michigan license and ability to meet agency's insurance company's standards for coverage
