Duties Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily camp activities that promote youth development, teamwork, and fun. Supervise camp/community programming staff, volunteers, and participants to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Facilitate youth group activities that encourage leadership, creativity, and social skills development. Maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and program evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Preferred Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational, childcare, or camp settings. Strong management skills with the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and knowledge of first aid protocols required; ongoing training provided if necessary. Demonstrated leadership experience in team supervision or youth program facilitation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels. Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring young people and fostering positive relationships.
