This is a full-time, in-house leadership role for a Director of Social Services who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and has already run a social services department in a nursing home. If you've been a Director of Social Services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting and you're ready for a building that values the work you do, we want to talk to you. Prior nursing home experience is required. Our Director of Social Services owns the resident experience from admission through discharge: psychosocial assessments, care planning, family communication, discharge planning, and resident rights.
