Allies in Caring/ConVivir is seeking an entrepreneurial and mission-driven Social Enterprise & Youth Development Manager to lead and grow our Children and Youth Positive Development Social Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, marketing, community engagement, and leadership but wants their work to contribute to something bigger.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for toddlers and caregivers Nature-based wellness and self-discovery experiences Arts, culture, and creative expression Career exploration, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness Youth leadership and community engagement Family and community wellness initiatives Through a sustainable social enterprise model, earned income supports program growth while increasing access to transformative opportunities for young people and families. Position Summary Social Enterprise & Youth Development Manager will lead the growth, quality, sustainability, and impact of ConVivir's children and youth development programs. This position combines program leadership, business development, marketing, partnership building, staff supervision, evaluation, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will help expand services, strengthen community partnerships, create new revenue opportunities, and ensure high-quality experiences for participating children, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations (50%) Lead the planning, implementation, and growth of children and youth development programs. Serve as a hands-on trainer and coach for coordinators, apprentices, facilitators, interns, peer leaders, and contractors, with a strong emphasis on helping team members develop employability skills, work-readiness practices, leadership capacity, confidence, and a clear pathway for growth. Connect youth, apprentices, and team members to internal and community-based supports, mentorship, learning opportunities, wraparound resources, and caring relationships that strengthen their personal development, employability, career readiness, wellbeing, and long-term growth. Monitor participation, quality, outcomes, and participant satisfaction. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding practices, and risk management procedures. Social Enterprise Growth & Business Development (35%) Identify opportunities to expand services and increase earned revenue. Develop new fee-for-service programs and partnership opportunities. Conduct market research and community needs assessments. Strengthen enrollment, retention, and sustainability strategies. Track revenue goals, growth targets, and key performance indicators. Marketing & Community Engagement (15%) Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies. Build relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and healthcare partners. Represent ConVivir at meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Quality Improvement, Evaluation & Reporting (10%) Collect and analyze program, participation, and impact data. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership and board review. Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate community impact. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, Human Services, Community Development, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Experience leading programs, teams, projects, or community initiatives. Strong business development, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets, targets, or performance outcomes. Passion for helping children, youth, and families thrive. Preferred Experience with social enterprise, entrepreneurship, or nonprofit leadership. Experience in youth development, social-emotional learning, arts programming, workforce development, outdoor education, or community wellness. Bilingual English/Spanish.

The presentation should demonstrate:
Understanding of community needs Program or service concept Marketing and outreach approach Implementation strategy Potential challenges and solutions Candidates will present their ideas and participate in a discussion with the interview panel.
