Job Description
• Ensures compliance with all governmental laws and regulations, TX minimum standards, and America's Angels policies and procedures
• Maintains confidentiality of all agency, client, and personnel information, Ensure compliance with all governmental laws, Minimum Standards, DFPS contracts, and America's Angels policies. Maintain confidentiality of all agency, client, and personnel information. Report suspected abuse/neglect immediately to the Child Abuse Hotline. Review and approve all child placement activities, corrective/adverse action plans, and investigation findings. Ensure staff under supervision maintain ethical standards and avoid conflicts of interest in screenings and reports. Child Placement & Case Management Supervision Place children into foster/adoptive homes or other substitute living arrangements. Staff Supervision & Development Supervise Case Managers, providing support, oversight, and consultation. Develop professional development plans for staff and ensure ongoing supervision. Inform LCPAA/Executive Director of staffing issues or family/child problems. Review and approve admissions, assessments, home screenings, and treatment/service plans. Oversee Case Managers, ensuring availability and accessibility for consultation at all times. Conduct supervisory visits, ensuring compliance with TAC §749.2815. Monitor foster/adoptive families, implementing development, corrective, or adverse actions as needed. Caseload Management Manage a caseload (between 15-20 children ). Monitor caseloads and notify Executive Director if adjustments to staffing or caseloads are necessary.

Qualifications:
Option 1: Master's degree in social work or other human services field and nine (9) graduate credit hours in family/individual function and interaction, plus one year of documented full-time experience in child placement, residential child-care, or DFPS casework.
• Be physically, mentally and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks Option 2: Master's degree (any field) and nine (9) graduate or undergraduate credit hours in family/individual function and interaction OR bachelor's degree in social work or human services with nine (9) relevant credit hours, plus two years' experience in child placement, residential child-care, or DFPS casework. Option 3: Bachelor's degree (any field) and nine (9) graduate or undergraduate credit hours in family/individual function and interaction, plus three years' experience in child placement, residential child-care, or DFPS casework. License in social work or other human services field (preferred/when applicable under Option 1 or 3).
