Seeking a talented & dynamic clinical leader to join our Agency as our Director of Child & Family Programs. The candidate who fills this leadership role will be a key member of our Chief Operating Team, collaborating regularly with Executive Team members on finance and operations issues, and with our Medical & Clinical Directors on client situations. The scope of responsibility includes oversight & ongoing development of outpatient, community and home-based treatment services including peer support, a drop-in community center, an independent alternative school, and extensive public school services & programming. It is essential for this position to have strong working collaborations with community & education system stakeholders, other local healthcare providers, as well as State level leaders. The Child & Family Services Director is responsible for ensuring evidenced based practices are utilized with fidelity to support effective, sustained clinical outcomes. In this position you will have the opportunity for program development, membership on statewide care team(s), State advocacy, cultivation of new partnerships, staff development and more. A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required; independent licensure & ability to provide licensed clinical supervision to others is strongly preferred. Previous work experience must include 5+ years of human services work, staff supervision & progressive leadership positions.
