Job Description

Prevention Instructor The Prevention Instructor is responsible for providing drug and alcohol prevention education and awareness programs to adults, youth, and seniors throughout the community.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field . Must be a people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging individuals of different ages and backgrounds. Must be willing to work in the community and participate in prevention events and educational activities. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Must be willing and able to travel throughout Blount and St. Clair Counties . Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and represent the organization professionally. Passion for helping individuals, families, and communities understand the risks of substance use and the importance of prevention.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
