Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop strong referral partnerships, and is passionate about connecting patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care. The ideal candidate has previous hospice marketing experience , established knowledge of the healthcare community, and the confidence to build meaningful relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and other referral sources. + Bonus Opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Travel/Mileage Compensation Supportive and Experienced Leadership Team Opportunity to help grow an expanding hospice program What You'll Do Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of Dependable Hospice throughout the community Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing referral sources Serve as a professional liaison between referral partners and the hospice team Coordinate closely with Intake and Clinical teams to help facilitate timely admissions Represent Dependable Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, conferences, and healthcare functions Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and relationship development Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with hospice regulations and organizational standards What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing, liaison, or business development experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered Strong understanding of hospice services and referral processes Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance requirements Proven ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently Comfortable working with hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Join Our Team At Dependable Hospice, we believe strong community relationships help patients and families access compassionate hospice care when they need it most.
