Competitive salary based on experience Join Our Growing Healthcare Team We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketing Representative to help grow our Hospice and Home Health programs throughout Kern County. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships, educating referral sources, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with: Physicians and physician offices Hospitals and case managers Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living and Residential Care Facilities Rehabilitation centers Community organizations and healthcare professionals Educate referral sources about Home Health and Hospice services, admission criteria, and benefits. Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the community. Maintain regular face-to-face visits with existing referral partners. Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, networking functions, and educational presentations. Track marketing activities, referrals, and sales goals. Collaborate closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service and continuity of care. Maintain knowledge of Medicare, managed care, and healthcare industry trends. Qualifications Healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, or related healthcare business development experience preferred. Existing relationships with local physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, case managers, or other healthcare referral sources are a significant plus. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
