Key Responsibilities Program Compliance:
Oversee compliance and documentation for LIHTC, HUD, PBV, PSH, and HOME programs across multi-site communities in LA County.
Certifications & Audits:
Complete accurate annual and interim income certifications/recertifications; prepare resident files for internal and external audits.
Navigation & Referrals:
Manage Coordinated Entry System (CES) referrals, applicant matching, and coordinate housing placements with Housing Authorities, Quadel, and service providers.
On-Site Collaboration:
Travel to properties to review physical files, correct compliance deficiencies, and partner with Regional and Community Managers to maintain full occupancy.
Requirements:
2+ years of direct experience in affordable housing compliance or affordable property management. Proven working knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, PBV, PSH, or HOME regulations. Hands-on experience completing income certifications and recertifications . Proficiency with Yardi (or equivalent property management software). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout LA County.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Coordinated Entry System (CES) and Housing Authority/Quadel workflows.
Industry Certifications:
HCCP, COS, TCS, or Fair Housing Certification . Active California Real Estate License.
