This position is full-time, and will be covering areas around Los Angeles area.

Below 10 freeway up to Long Beach.

Salary:

Up to $65,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process. Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained. Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement. Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services Qualifications Degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare preferred 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field Hospice experience preferred Current and valid driver's license Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building Fluent in either Spanish or Tagalog (preferred) Spanish or Tagalog speaker preferred
