Your efforts will help ensure patients receive the compassionate care they deserve. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations Conduct regular visits to referral sources to identify patients appropriate for hospice services Represent Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice at community events, health fairs, and civic functions Create and implement strategic marketing plans to meet growth objectives Monitor market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulations Serve as a resource for community members and assist with accessing care Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in hospice marketing or healthcare business development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of hospice care, home health services, and healthcare regulations About Bella Terra Hospice We foster an environment where team members have the freedom to create programs that best serve patients and communities.
