We are seeking a Housing Specialist to assist clients with housing applications, eligibility reviews, and access to housing resources and support services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct client intake and assess housing needsAssist with housing applications, documentation, and eligibility verificationMaintain case files and client recordsCoordinate with landlords, agencies, and service providersMonitor client progress and provide resource referrals
