offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

The required work schedule for this position is: HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. Prototypes Pomona Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH), a program of HealthRIGHT 360, provides interim housing to unhoused adult and adult perinatal women receiving outpatient treatment services. RBH offers recovery-oriented services including peer support, group meetings, case management, and life skills development. It aims to stabilize patients' lives and prevent relapses by offering safe, supportive housing.

Residents, prioritized based on vulnerability, receive approvals for 3-month increments up to 6 months annually and must remain engaged in outpatient treatment throughout their stay. The Supervisor I, Housing oversees day-to-day operations of housing programs, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant services. This role supervises direct service staff, provides guidance and crisis intervention, and supports the integration of behavioral health services to enhance client care. externally, ensures program compliance with contracts and regulations, and collaborates across teams to achieve organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
People Supervision Partner with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and, when necessary, terminate administrative staff. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and day-to-day supervision for assigned staff. Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and deliver constructive feedback through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and improvement plans. Ensure staff consistently deliver high-quality customer service and uphold HealthRIGHT 360's mission, values, policies, and procedures. Take corrective action as needed, including issuing formal written notices or overseeing terminations in alignment with organizational standards. Ensure adequate staffing coverage by filling in or reassigning duties when necessary. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment. Operations and Facilities Oversee day-to-day program operations and assigned contracts. Manage all facility-related matters, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Address facility or program crises and ensure resolution. Work with property management to ensure timely maintenance and structural issue resolution. Implement systems to track client services and compliance across programs. Support integration of behavioral health services for comprehensive client care. Participate in weekly/monthly client progress check-ins. External Relations Represent Prototypes HealthRIGHT at external meetings, coalitions, and community events. Collaborate with CES countywide efforts as required by contracts. Stay informed on trends and best practices in housing and behavioral health services. Client Services Provide direct services as needed, including crisis intervention, assessments, treatment plans, individual and group sessions, and case conferences. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of services, progress notes, assessments, and discharges. Identify support/crisis oversight needs and communicate with management. Lead crisis resolution efforts related to client care and service delivery. Facilitate client case conferences and ensure collaboration with behavioral health teams. Compliance Ensure compliance with programmatic, contractual, and funding requirements (LAHSA, DHS, SAPC, Pomona Housing Authority). Maintain adherence to HIPAA, 42CFR, licensing, and regulatory standards. Support data collection, file audits, and reporting for housing programs. Implement strategic vision at the program level in alignment with HealthRIGHT 360's goals. Administration and Other Duties Ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and risk management standards. Assist management in maintaining budgetary compliance. Monitor productivity and program utilization to meet expectations. Work collaboratively with program staff to support departmental objectives. Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, and database management. Complete assigned trainings in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Credentials High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Valid California driver's license and access to registered and insured transportation. Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social services, housing, or reentry programs. Experience working with justice-involved populations, probation/parole systems, or post-release supervision programs. Demonstrated experience in housing program management, case management oversight, or community-based service coordination. Experience providing supervision is a plus. Bilingual preferred. Must complete background check and live scan. We will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
