Non-Exempt Salary Range:

Position Summary The Peer Support Specialist I provides peer support services that promote wellness, recovery, and resilience for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group peer support, facilitate recovery-focused groups, assist clients with individualized recovery goals, maintain documentation standards, coordinate community resources, and advocate for client needs. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, understanding of wellness and recovery principles, and qualifications related to lived experience as required by the program. Preferred Qualifications First Aid/CPR certification, crisis intervention training, familiarity with community mental health resources, and bilingual skills are preferred. Why Join Kings View?
