Help Youth & Families Learn Grow Connect Thrive Do you have a heart for people and a passion for making a difference? ATAP is looking for caring, dedicated, energetic, fun, and creative individuals to join our team as Part-Time Community Mentors ! Our mentors help lead positive Youth & Family Services within the communities we serve. This is an opportunity to build relationships, create meaningful programs, connect families with resources, and help young people recognize their potential.

WHAT DOES AN ATAP MENTOR DO?

As an ATAP Mentor, you may: Lead fun and engaging youth activities Provide homework assistance and educational support Mentor and encourage children and teens Create leadership and life-skills activities Help coordinate family and community events Connect residents with helpful community resources Build relationships with parents, youth, seniors, and community partners Help create a welcoming, safe, and positive community environment Bring YOUR creativity and ideas to programs! Encourage residents to become involved and connected within their community

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want individuals who are: Caring. Dependable. Positive. Creative. Fun. Motivated. Community-Minded. You should enjoy working with people and have a genuine desire to see youth and families succeed . Experience working with youth, families, education, recreation, mentoring, social services, community outreach, or similar programs is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for people who are ready to show up, build relationships, lead by example, and make a positive impact!
