Gateway Residential in Delta is looking for full-time, part-time, and weekend direct-care professional to join our team in working with adolescent males. The majority of the available shift are for s wing shifts (4p-12a) but there may be some weekend day shifts available. Please note, we are not attempting to fill a Monday to Friday 9-5 position. The vision of Gateway is for all youth served to recognize their inherent value, reach their potential, and become positive participants in society. This is a professional position and qualified staff will supervise youth at all times, teach new skills and help struggling youth co-regulate, support with crisis intervention and de-escalation, assist with independent living skills, teach pro-social tools and behaviors, and create a positive environment to foster change. GRS is looking for candidates who are committed to providing compassionate care, bringing a positive attitude to work, and creating safety and healthy relationships with the youth in care. Compensation:

$20/hour - There are opportunities for overtime and a periodic bonuses.

Training provided:

Colorado QMAP, 1st Aid/CPR, CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, & Job Specific. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age .
