We are dedicated to focusing on comfort and symptom management while improving the quality of life in an atmosphere of dignity, compassion and hope. CenterCare Hospice is looking to add a Community Liaison to their team. Our service area covers Colorado Springs, Pueblo and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic and able to dedicate themselves to our goal of providing the highest quality of care that focuses on the patient's physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Professional Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year hospice Liaison/Marketing experience Completes annual education requirements Maintains regulatory requirements Maintains patient confidentiality at all times Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time Attends annual review and department in-services, as scheduled Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
Physical Environment:
Walking/mobility, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling and fine hand coordination Must be able to perform prolonged or considerable walking or standing Must be able to see and hear with or without accommodations Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance Potential exposure to occupational hazards including, but not limited to, infectious/contagious diseases, heat, cold, noise, hazardous substances and uncontrolled home environments May have to travel in inclement weather
