About Us:

The mission of Zoë Ministries, Inc. is to provide safety, healing, and advocacy for those impacted or potentially impacted by sex trafficking. Essential Functions:

• Must be wholeheartedly aligned with organizational Statement of Faith and Core Values
• Adherence to all professional and organizational policies and requirements
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements
• Complete day to day operations with excellence
• Provide necessary transportation for survivors of sex trafficking to and from a variety of places including, but not limited to, places of employment, medical appointments, classes, and community resources
• Attend meetings and trainings requested by the Residential Director
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent written, verbal, nonverbal and interpersonal skills

• Attitude of adaptability, teachability, and willingness to learn

Required Edcation/Experience:

• Be at least 21 years of age, required
• High school diploma or an equivalent, required
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services or other behavioral science, preferred
• Participate in continuing education standards including a minimum of eight hours training per year in trauma and sex trafficking
• Experience in a licensed substance abuse treatment program, trauma-informed care program, post traumatic stress program OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred
• Experience working with survivors of sex trafficking is preferred
• Experience working in cross-cultural settings is preferred
• Maintain valid driver's license during employment

Pay:

$19.55 - $25.05 per hour
