- What you will do:
- + Initiate, build relationships with and maintain contact with community referral sources to promote the PACE program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community engagement.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Candidates with experience in: + PACE + Assisted Living + Home Care + Hospice + Skilled Nursing + Hospital/Provider Relations
